Contact
AI Affairs reads everything sent to the newsroom. Three addresses cover almost every reason to write to us, and each one reaches an editor rather than an automated queue.
News tips and documents
newsdesk@aiaffairs.com is the address for story tips, contract documents, internal memos, audit findings and anything else you think a reporter should see. Tell us what the document is, where it came from and whether you are willing to be named. We will not publish your name or your employer without asking you first.
If you need to speak before sending anything, write a single line asking for a call and we will suggest a time. Please do not send material from a work device or a work account.
Corrections
corrections@aiaffairs.com is for factual errors: a wrong number, a misspelled name, a misattributed quote, a date that does not match the record. Include the article headline and the specific passage. Every message is read by an editor, and the correction procedure is described on the Editorial standards page.
Press, events and licensing
press@aiaffairs.com handles company announcements, briefing requests, event invitations, syndication and republication licensing. Announcements sent here are logged but not guaranteed coverage, and embargoes are only binding once we have agreed to them in writing.
Response times
- Corrections: acknowledged within one working day, resolved within three.
- News tips: read the same day on weekdays, answered within two working days when we intend to follow up.
- Press and licensing: five working days.
We do not answer every press release, and a silence from the news desk is not a judgement on the story. If a message is time critical, say so in the subject line and give the deadline.
