Three agentic capabilities added to accesso Intelligence
The expansion introduces three connected capabilities, according to the company’s announcement. Agentic skills let accesso Intelligence pick and apply dedicated abilities for multi-step analytical tasks such as tracking results, spotting and assessing shifts, and flagging issues that need action. Agentic automations enable work created and refined through conversation to be scheduled or triggered repeatedly and conditionally, including conducting analyses, updating information and distributing results. Agentic reporting and forecasting lets teams build and operationalise custom reports, with the platform determining the best predictive approach for each task by combining operational context and external signals, and reports that adapt to what the data shows rather than repeating the same output daily.
From conversation to recurring workflow
Traditional automation follows predefined steps, the company said, whereas agentic automation begins with an objective. accesso Intelligence figures out the necessary work, picks suitable instruments and linked data, reads the findings and provides the desired result. An operator might ask the system to measure weekly attendance and income versus targets, examine any significant deviation and weigh pertinent internal and outside elements, after which the platform could judge if a fresh forecast is needed. From that dialogue, the system builds a reusable process that tracks outputs, reviews notable shifts and supplies findings and logic to those who must act on them.
“What began as a conversation with your operation is becoming a new way of working within it. This is more than just a new way to analyse data. Teams can now delegate ongoing analytical work to accesso Intelligence, allowing people to focus their time on the decisions, creativity and accountability that require human judgement.”

Platform built on decade of attractions-specific expertise
accesso Intelligence connects data across the systems that run an attraction — ticketing, memberships, food and beverage, retail, parking, operations and others — and applies AI built on a decade of visitor attractions-specific expertise, the company said. The platform unifies data linking, sector-tailored meaning models, automated pattern recognition, graphical presentation, report generation, dialogue-based understanding and process automation in a single environment. accesso acquired Dexibit, a data and AI platform for visitor attractions, to build cross-platform analytics, and the combined platform now serves more than 1,100 venues globally.
Availability and IAAPA Expo Europe demonstration
The capabilities are available now within accesso Intelligence. Attendees at IAAPA Expo Europe can view accesso Intelligence at Booth S2123 from 22 to 24 September at ExCeL London, where visitors may also ask for a free custom guest-journey report highlighting where decision intelligence might uncover opportunities at their site.
