Cisco said in its 7 October 2026 announcement that Claude Managed Agents are coming soon to Webex, the Webex Suite integration already brings Webex context into OpenAI dots and its devices already offer native Google Meet support.
Cisco said Claude Managed Agents will use context shared by teams to carry out analysis and coordinate multi-step work. Cisco says teams can invite collaborative AI agents into Webex spaces, meetings and calls to perform tasks across Webex and other applications.
The Webex Suite integration uses Model Context Protocol to bring Webex context into dots, Cisco said. The company plans to make dots available within Webex later as a personal agent.
Cisco also introduced Dialog for customer relationships. It says Dialog will let agents continue working with people and backend systems after a conversation ends, until the customer’s issue is resolved. Cisco says native Google Meet support has joined Webex, Microsoft Teams and Zoom on its collaboration devices. Cisco will make RoomOS 27 available in November, it said.
