CourtListener’s docket entry records that the United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation closed briefing on 6 November in MDL No. 3205, captioned “IN RE: x.AI/Grok Artificial Intelligence Minor Sexual Exploitation Litigation”. The order concerns a motion for transfer and lists associated cases bearing ARW and CAN docket numbers. Clerk of the Panel Jessica D. Birnbaum signed it on 6 November.

Under Panel Rules 6.1(f) and 6.2(d), parties to actions on the motion must promptly notify the clerk of potential tag-along actions and of developments that render the motion moot or fully dispose of an action on it. Parties in potential tag-along actions may file an interested-party response. They must do so promptly and no later than the Thursday before the hearing session at which the panel hears the transfer motion.
