RSM US and Rillet partner on AI-native agentic ERP for middle-market finance

Alliance combines agentic ERP with century-old consultancy

The report said the alliance pairs Rillet’s Agentic ERP platform with RSM’s consulting and implementation expertise to automate accounting workflows for middle-market enterprises. RSM US LLP, a century-old audit, tax and consulting firm operating across more than 120 countries, will evaluate client operating models, modernization strategies and AI governance to support adoption.

Daniel Beil, partner and cloud native capability leader at RSM US LLP, told the publication that the alliance equips finance teams to develop more intelligent operations featuring enhanced visibility, stronger controls and a groundwork for responsible AI adoption.

Technical scope targets continuous close and real-time reporting

The technical scope includes advanced revenue recognition, multi-entity accounting, real-time reporting capabilities and a continuous close architecture. Rillet says its Agentic ERP platform lets human accountants and AI agents work side by side in a shared environment centred on a real-time general ledger. The company’s customers include Mercor, Function Health and Temporal.

Rillet moves from startup phase to mainstream infrastructure

In August 2026, Rillet secured a $100 million Series C at a $1 billion valuation. The partnership marks Rillet’s move from the startup phase into mainstream corporate infrastructure via a major consultancy. RSM has previously partnered with fintechs including Panax for AI-native treasury management and Andera for AI-enabled control testing in internal audit.
