Seoul Economic Daily reported on 28 October that Anthropic’s IPO registration statement names Mizuho Securities USA and MUFG Securities Americas as underwriters, with the market expecting a valuation of $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are lead underwriters for the offering.

Nikkei Asia reported on 29 October that Mizuho Financial Group had gained roles in the Anthropic and SpaceX US listings, building on its work on deals involving SoftBank-related companies. Mizuho was a lead underwriter for Arm’s 2023 US listing and PayPay’s US listing in March 2026. It also joined the underwriting group for SpaceX’s US listing in June.

MUFG has had a strategic alliance with Morgan Stanley since 2008. Anthropic’s registration statement did not specify a share count or target price range, Seoul Economic Daily reported. The offering covers public sales in Australia, Canada, some European Economic Area member states, Japan, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Shares in Korea are being offered through private placement.
